Makarska Riviera in the National Geographic magazine
36 unique places in Europe that are worth seeing
One of the most famous magazines in the world, National Geographic, in its Polish-language edition, has included Makarska Riviera on the list of 36 destinations that you must visit at least once in your life!
Great promotion for Makarska Riviera and Croatia
"NatGeoTraveler's editorial team published a list of 36 unique places in Europe that are worth seeing. You may be surprised by some of them because we haven't written about them yet. And we are sure that we will be able to visit some of them next year. In the meantime - let's keep dreaming!"
Along the Makarska Riviera, this list of the most interesting destinations also includes Slovenia, Greece, and Finland. Let us remind you, the Makarska Riviera was mentioned in this prestigious magazine, as part of the "Tour of Croatia" cycling route in 2015., and in 2018 it is also mentioned in an article about nautical excursions. Also, the story from Makarska was published by National Geographic this summer, in its online edition.
Apart from this list, this post seems to be a kind of teaser for other interesting articles because, as they say: "This is just a piece of footage. You will find all the exciting reports from each of these places in the December issue of Traveler."
It seems that this is an announcement of more space that Makarska Riviera will occupy in the media. For those who don’t know, National Geographic is one of the most widely read magazines of all time. As of 2015, the magazine was circulated worldwide in nearly 40 local-language editions and had a global circulation of approximately 6.5 million per month. In addition to being recognized for articles about scenery, history, and the most distant corners of the world, Nat Geo gained its popularity for its book-like quality and its standard of photography.
